Domain Plus Hosting was acquired by ViUX Systems, Inc. (viux.com) in the forth quarter of 2007. Domain Plus Hosting continues to operate as a separate / private company; however in the third quarter of 2008, our website (domainplushosting.com) was (re)released as a ViUX Systems branded service.

The (re)branding of Domain Plus Hosting (domainplushosting.com) as a ViUX Systems service allows us to leverage the personnel, systems, and network of ViUX Systems, to better benefit current and future customers of Domain Plus Hosting. As a result, all Domain Plus Hosting services are provisioned on the servers and network of ViUX Systems; and Sales, Billing, and Support for Domain Plus Hosting customers are handled by ViUX™.

While some of the services offered by Domain Plus Hosting and ViUX™ are similar in nature, we do not offer identical services and therefore we make no attempt to compete with each other. Domain Plus Hosting continues to operate separately, but in association with ViUX™, because relatively, we offer fewer and more targeted services for the non-technical person seeking an easy to obtain online presence. For instance, Domain Plus Hosting offers only (6) Web Hosting plans, compared with around (30) offered by ViUX™.

Located in Raleigh / Durham (RDU) North Carolina, within the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area... Domain Plus Hosting maintains an office in Durham, and utilizes multiple Internet Data Centers (IDC's), along with ViUX Systems, which are located in RTP (Durham), Raleigh, Chicago, and Iowa... among other locations within the United States.
